Q. A great sales person

I have done all of the sales since I started my preschool photography company 8 years ago. I've gotten too busy to handle it all myself anymore. I tried advertising in the newspaper for a sales rep but only got one resume. I also tried a temp agency to get someone in to do cold calling of preschools, no luck. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to attract a good sales person?

I have just started a message board for volume photographers doing fund raisers, church directories, sports, school photography. It is a free board and I invite SPN, and all it's members to post and use it as a resource to make our work better, find resources etc. There is a place there to listr labs, equipt for sale/wanted, digital volume, as well as general volume photography.
