- Proof card sent to school to test on scanners. This service available June 1 through September 15. We encourage you to get layouts and barcode specifications prior to school photography. This will prevent delays.

- Second card is priced at 50% discount
- Additional cards are great for use as replacements for lost cards
- Schools can make money by charging $5.00 to $10.00 for replacement cards

Statistics show that students lose approximately 15% of first cards issued. An average-sized school could make between $375.00 and $750.00 by selling these replacement cards.

Multiple Use of Scanned Images
- No additional photography necessary
- APS will use the same scanned images that are captured for CD Rom, yearbook CD or composite

Printed on 7x10 Sheets
- 10 ID cards or 8 badges are printed on each sheet
- Each sheet is laminated and die-cut
- The sheets in each order are sorted alpha by teacher/grade
This method of printing will make the products extremely easy for the school to verify and distribute to the students.

Prompt Product Delivery
- Production time is 10 days from the date the lab receives your film and data files. (Add 5 days if the lab has to do data entry.)
To meet this schedule and prevent unnecessary delays, all designs, school colors and barcode layouts must be approved prior to placing your order.
